Problem Statement
5th Avenue Habitat had previously used the same domain for Prasanna Aura – their earlier project. When Prima Complex became the latest launch, the website needed to reflect that shift clearly. The existing page did not meet current trust and usability expectations, and it even lacked SSL, which is a basic requirement today. Core project details were scattered, the flow felt inconsistent, and visitors did not get a clear path to enquire.
Solution
The landing page was built around a simple structure: clear project introduction, strong highlights, practical detail sections, and consistent enquiry prompts. The goal was to reduce confusion and help visitors understand the project quickly without forcing them to dig through the page.
On the build side, a clean Bootstrap-based layout was used with semantic markup and responsive behaviour across breakpoints. The page was also tuned for modern expectations: better performance hygiene, cleaner loading patterns, and slick but purposeful animations that add polish without hurting speed.
Results
The new landing page went live and immediately repositioned the domain around Prima Complex as the current lead project from 5th Avenue Habitat. What changed most was perception: the experience now feels credible, polished, and launch-ready from the first scroll.
Early feedback has been strongest around clarity, quality, and confidence to enquire. The next phase is focused on compounding these gains with behaviour-led refinements to enquiry completion, section engagement, and ongoing performance and motion tuning.
