Product Design

In-App Notifications directed users toward content of interest and have earlier helped boost usage and retention. All these tiny data nudges now have a place to call home – the Notification Center – a centralised hub for delivering relevant content recommendations and updates.

Results

Facilitated seamless content discovery, fostering a sense of exploration and connection with the platform
Users were consistently directed toward content aligned with their interests, resulting in longer sessions and increased content consumption
A notable reduction in churn rates and an increase in repeat visits
