A reward system was introduced that utilised virtual Medals as incentives for users to complete tasks and spend more time watching videos. These Medals were prominently displayed on their profiles, creating a sense of achievement and social recognition.

Results

The reward system led to a substantial increase in user engagement, including higher time spent on the platform and increased video consumption
User retention rates experienced a positive impact as users returned to the platform to complete tasks and earn Medals
The tiered Medal system fostered healthy competition among users, driving them to spend more time on the platform to attain higher levels of recognition
