About the product:
In November 2009, Axis Bank introduced a special home loan scheme with an interest rate of 8% for a limited period.
Home loan takers could avail of this scheme at an interest rate of 8% cent for the first year. From the second year onwards these loans would carry a floating rate of interest based on the bank’s Mortgage Reference Rate.
Moreover, the customer could close the loan before its maturity with no prepayment penalty being charged by the bank.
