Scarlet – The ultimate seduction
2008 at 3:28 PM, Monday
LG Scarlet comes into the market as one of the thinnest LCD TVs in the world. With its sleak design and full HD resolution, the LG Scarlet is set to be a huge success. The TV was first unveiled at the International Consumer Electronics Show in January in Las Vegas. LG said the Scarlet is just 45mm thick, making it LG’s thinnest LCD TV. The Scarlet series has a striking appearance, utilising a bright red design which will appeal to viewers who want a TV that is attractive to look at as well as to watch. The unique Scarlet television includes intelligent sensor technology which detects the surrounding light level and provides users with the perfect picture.
LG’s personification of the TV broke down into several different areas, based on the set’s features. Its distinctive red-hued back, color-changing LED light power aperture and invisible speaker ("dazzling"); TruMotion 100Hz reducing blur on fast-moving scenes and sound tuned by Mr. Mark Levinson ("exciting"); an Intelligent Sensor for automatic picture adjustments ("intelligent"); and Expert Mode and A/V Hot Key for refined tuning ("extraordinary"). These also became part of the marketing messages, and the guiding principles in selecting a real-life "Scarlet" to personify them.
I couldn’t have been more delighted!!!

its not really thin at 1.67 inches depth for a 42 inches TV . I Would prefer a bravi and feels LG Scarlet is extremly overpriced maing it no value for money , i agree its good looking but performance picture clarity and all brands 30% cheaper provided a similar quality …….its like a good looking wife not performing on bed scenario
