Rip-off: 3iX.org
After getting successfully ripped-off by the great hosting company 100MB.in, I have one more in queue, and this one goes by the name of 3iX.org.
Of course, their style of ripping off a customer is different, but then a rip-off is a rip-off, right? Anyway, I’ve been their customer since 28th September, 2007. That’s almost 2 years now and in the process I’ve managed to give them a lot of business with all my client’s sites hosted on their servers. Until recently, I realized how shitty their service is.
I’ve been running global website trancehub.com for more than 2 years now and while FTP access was down alot of times, last week they crossed all boundaries by initiating data migration from one server to another without even informing me of the down time. Only upon asking their Live Chat (which always almost seem like they have no clue ever) was I told what was happening. However, I was assured that things would be fine within 24 hours. Like you guessed, the site was still down and it continued that way for almost a week. I did try to contact them a lot in between, and every time they would give me a bullshit reason and offer assurance. Finally, I had to close my account and transfer the domain to a much better hosting company. Trance Hub missed it’s second birthday due to down time which was very unfortunate.
Upon requesting my refund, they stick to their 30-day money back guarantee. So guys, if you plan to host your business with them, rest assured that your site might go down just about anytime without any notice whatsoever. And YOU will have to bear the losses!
Anyway, if 3iX.org is reading this (which they definitely will, because I plan to email them this link), I should make it known that one by one all my 5-6 hosting accounts are going to be closed and I would love to badmouth about their shitty services to one and all. :)

I got a lot of problem from 3ix too.
3ix is very bad hosting. Don’t use them.

Had resellers package with them sites went down constantly and emails,
All they had to say was its working dont contact support !!!!
I left them and paid again for proper hosting.
DONT USE THEM OR YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY I LEFT WITH 6 MONTHS ON MY CONTRACT THATS HOW BAD IT IS

I have been hosting my site with them since 6 months, till now their service seems to be O.K.
Worked fine for me too for about a year. I had almost 10 clients’ websites hosted here. Had to move each one of them immediately.
